Pastor
Mark Land was a student at Dallas Bible College and is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the former pastor of Green Oak Bible Church in Kinder, LA and Broadlands Bible Church in DeRidder, LA. In June of 2007 Mark became the pastor of Beaumont Bible Church.
Elders
Based upon the New Testament model for church leadership, Beaumont Bible Church is an elder lead church. The Bible teaches that elders shepherd, oversee, lead, and care for the local church body. As a result the elders of BBC are concerned, involved, and responsible for the overall functioning of the church. However, their primary responsibility is to: 1) provide spiritual direction and oversight for the church body, 2) teach the body biblical truth, and 3) protect the body from doctrinal error.
